What to include
When reaching out, it helps to include:
- Your device: iPhone or iPad model
- iOS version: What version you're running
- App version: Found in Settings or the App Store
- Screenshots: If something looks wrong, show us
- Steps to reproduce: Help us understand what happened
Response time
We typically respond within 1-2 business days. Complex issues may take longer to investigate.
For urgent matters like payment issues or data requests, please mention it in the subject line.
Other ways to get help
In-app feedback: You can send feedback directly from Settings in the app. This automatically includes diagnostic information that helps us troubleshoot.
App Store reviews: While we appreciate reviews, we can't respond to issues there. Please email us directly so we can help.
Refunds: Managed through Apple. Go to Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions, or use the refund flow in the app.
